1. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

The gift is sent to you free of charge. Delivery is also free of charge. You therefore have nothing to pay.

2. I keep getting an error message when I try to redeem my code?

If you repeatedly get an error message, despite having a valid code, please contact us.

3. How do I know that my gift request has been registered correctly?

Once you click on “Confirm my order”, you will see the message “All done!". You will also receive an email confirmation. As soon as your package is dispatched, you receive another email with a tracking code, which you can use to track your package at all times.

4. Can I choose my delivery address?

Yes. You can enter a delivery address of your choice under “Delivery address”. Please note: only delivery addresses in Belgium are accepted.

5. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Contact us via the contact form. State your coupon code and the new delivery address. Provided your package has not already been delivered by the time we read your message, we will try to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

6. Can I have my gift delivered to me outside Belgium?

No. Gifts can only be delivered in Belgium.

7. How long does it take for my gift to be delivered?

Your gift will be dispatched as soon as possible. We always strive to deliver within 3 working days.

8. My gift hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Get in contact with us.

9. How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking code. You can use this to track your package at all times.

10. What happens to my personal data?

We promise to use your personal data exclusively in order to process the delivery of your gift correctly. Your data is always passed in confidence to our logistics partner(s). Your data will not be used for other commercial purposes.

11. Can I order another Jules Destrooper product at the same time?

You can order additional Jules Destrooper products at the same time as you redeem your gift. First, redeem your coupon code and go through all the steps. You will then see a screen confirming the delivery of your free gift. From here, you can navigate to our online shop and continue shopping.

12. I would like information about setting up my own Jules Destrooper loyalty scheme. Where can I find it?

You can find more information on our homepage. For questions, you can also contact us at any time via collect@julesdestrooper.com. Please state your name and company name, together with your address, phone number and email.
